The present modification petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 01.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58525/2021 with a prayer to extend the time limit for appearance of the petitioner before the court below by further three weeks' time. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to lack of proper information and petitioner, in order to earn his livelihood, was in Punjab, he could not appear before the court below for grant of bail within stipulated time of four weeks. Accordingly, let the order dated 01.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58525/2021 be modified to the extent that time limit for appearance of the petitioner before the court below is extended by further three weeks' time.
