1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The learned counsel for the petitioners, after some argument, seeks permission to withdraw the present quashing application with a liberty to the petitioners to raise all the issues at the time of framing of charge, if the charges, till date, have not been framed as it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the parties have compromised the case.
