2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shahpur P.S.Case No. 787 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The father of the informant was shot dead by unknown criminals. Materials have come during the investigation, showing that petitioner has hired shooter.

4. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant privilege of regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.
