1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That, this application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of writ/writs, direction/directions upon the respondents to grant the benefit of First and Second A.C.P. before 09.08.2009 and also direction to grant the Third A.C.P. to the petitioner within time which has been given after one year."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State has submitted by referring to paragraph no.13

Patna High Court CWJC No.8054 of 2016(2) dt.13-10-2023 2/2 of the counter affidavit, filed by the respondents no.1 to 4, that the petitioner has already been granted benefits of 1st and 2nd ACP, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
