The petitioners being the mother, sister and brother's wife of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after two years of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the husband of the victim has been acquitted in Sessions Trial No. 153 of 2012, vide judgment dated 02.04.2015, passed by the leaned A.D.J.-2, Supaul in which

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19606 of 2015 (2) dt.29-04-2015 the informant PW.-6 itself has not supported the case. Photo copy of the judgment has been produced which has been kept on record.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 38 of 2012, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
