JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 18-06-2015 The postmortem report indicates that smell of kerosene oil was coming from the body of the victim. There is sufficient evidence that the victim was being tortured and harassed at the hands of petitioner and the family members. There is no satisfactory explanation coming with regard to circumstances as to how such an incident could have taken place without the knowledge of the present petitioner. The prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail is, therefore, rejected. Let him surrender and prayer for regular bail in connection with Dalsingsarai PS case No.201/2014 pending before ACJM, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur.
