JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 05-08-2016 The issue relates to correction in the name of the father of the petitioner in the certificate issued by the C.B.S.E. Name of father of the petitioner is Mannu Lal Ram whereas in the certificate the name shown is only Mannu Lal.

Learned counsel for the C.B.S.E. informs the Court that the petitioner is to deposit requisite fee in the School concerned along with the previous original certificate in which correction is required and the moment the same is done and forwarded by the School to the C.B.S.E., the C.B.S.E. will do the needful. Let the petitioner take steps in this regard at the earliest and the School will do the needful thereafter. This writ application is disposed of with the direction aforesaid.
