1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dumariaghat P.S. Case No. 179 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c), 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner as it is a case registered under the NDPS Act and the motorcycle which was seized is registered in the name of the father of the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
