There was protest during course of removal of encroachment by a mob consisting 200-300 and during course thereof, petitioner including others have been named without any specific allegation.

Accordingly, petitioners Miraj Hassan, Sunni Kumar each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
