ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-04-2016 The Petitioner, who is the wife of the Opposite Party No.2, seeks transfer of Restitution of Conjugal Rights Case No.40 of 2015 from the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chapra to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur.
Today when the case is taken up, the Petitioner submits that she wants to withdraw the case. On the other hand, the Counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 submits that there are two cases already pending in Muzaffarpur and it would be in the interest of parties that the present case also be transferred to Muzaffarpur.
