The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lakhisarai (Kawaiya) P.S. Case No. 24 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 26(1)/35 of the Arms Act.

The allegation is regarding the police having received information that some miscreants are said to have assembled at a place and were planning to commit dacoity/ some crime. Thereafter, the police is said to have arrived at the place of occurrence and apprehended the accused persons including the petitioner herein.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case which

It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 13.01.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Kawaiya) P.S. Case No. 24 of 2019.
