2. This writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 21.11.2014 passed by Hon'ble Chairman, Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in B.L.T. Case No. 577 of 2013 whereby the order dated 06.05.2013 passed by the Divisional

Patna High Court CWJC No.7048 of 2016(3) dt.09-01-2024 2/2 Commissioner, Munger in Ceiling Revision Case No. 90 of 2011 as well as order dated 16.01.2010 passed by the D.C.L.R., Lakhisarai in Pre-emption Case No. 1 of 2006-07 were set aside and the order dated 06.09.2011 passed by learned Collector, Lakhisarai in Ceiling Appeal No. 01 of 2010 was affirmed.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the State submits that the present writ petition has become infructuous, in light of judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court dated 13.10.2023, passed in C.W.J.C.No. 15060 of 2019 and other analogous writ petitions.

4. The writ petition is dismissed, as same has now become infructuous, in view of the aforesaid judgment of this Court.
