The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act. A country-made loaded pistol and cartridge were allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 31.10.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of nine months of custody if the trial is not concluded in the meantime on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19564 of 2018 (2) dt.11-04-2018 2/2 satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Kotwali (Purabsarai) P.S.
