Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365/34 and 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 21.06.2018 having allegation of demand of ransom. Similarly situated some other co-accused has been allowed bail by Coordinate Benches of this Court which would be evident from one of the orders at Annexure-2.

Considering the facts of this case and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
