JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. i. To issue an appropriate writ/order/direction, in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to make necessary correction in basic scale of the petitioner against which the pension is being paid to him.

To issue an appropriate writ/order/direction, in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to provide equal salary and Pension in consonance with other similar situated persons as per seniority list notified by the Department contained in Memo No.

712 dated 29.03.2011.

To issue an appropriate writ/order/direction, in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to provide pension as being paid to Mr. Santosh Kumar Sinha who is contemporary to the petitioner.

iv.

To issue an appropriate writ/order/direction, in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents to pay arrear of difference of salary for the period of 15.11.2011 to February, 2020 by fixing the basic pay of the petitioner equivalent to similar situated person namely Santosh Kumar Sinha."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
