2. A transformer has been installed in the middle of the road of Village - Dewariya at Khesra No. 908.

3. From the own pleading of the petitioner, it appears that the transformer in question is located very near to his house.

4. There could be a vested interest in the issue.

5. Nonetheless, finding that a transformer at an inappropriate place could lead to a dangerous situation, as has been experienced in the past, we deem it appropriate to direct the petitioner to represent before the District Magistrate, Saran regarding such placement of the transformer.

6. The District Magistrate, Saran, in turn, shall seek instructions from the Electric Superintending Engineer, Chapra, Saran Division and shall instruct accordingly, if at all the information is found to be correct.

7. With the afore-noted observation/direction,
