The petitioner seeks bail in Katra P.S. Case No. 6 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It has been further submitted that the mark-sheet of the petitioner was not verified at the time of appointment. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 24.11.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15096 of 2018(4) dt.16-04-2018 2/2 the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. cum Sub Judge-15th, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 6 of 2016.
