JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-04-2018 The Trial court has reported vide letter no.83 dated 28.03.2018 that part cross-examination of the investigating officer has been done and the examination of doctor is yet to be completed The aforesaid report of the trial court goes to show that the trial of the petitioner is on the verge of conclusion. Therefore, considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 453 of 2015 arising out of Harnaut P.S.Case No. 283 of 2015, pending in the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Nalanda at Biharsharif stands rejected.
