JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 406,420,467,468,471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner, Shashi Bhushan Choudhary and Rajesh Kumar Choudhary cheated rupees three lacs for providing employment on Group-C post in Indian Railway. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no proof with regard to the payment and the accusation is omnibus and genera against the accused persons. The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20474 of 2015 (2) dt.08-05-2015 2/2 in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 232 of 2012 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Darbhanga.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
