JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Majhaulia P.S.Case No. 427 of 2017 registered under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian penal Code and 8 POCSO Act. Allegation in brief is that informant's daughter is said to be enticed away by the son of the petitioner for the purpose of marriage when the informant made complain to him, he assured to bring back his daughter.

Submission is that petitioner had no concern with the alleged offence rather son of the petitioner and the girl, both have eloped and petitioner is in custody since 11.11.2017. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Prabhans Ram, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8602 of 2018 (2) dt.13-02-2018 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Addl. District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 427 of 2017.
