JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-09-2021 This application is filed for modification of order dated 04.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2161 of 2020, by which petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 18 of 2019 pending in the Court of C.J.M., Aurangabad.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that inadvertently, in the cause title of the bail application, the address of the petitioners was wrongly typed and due to which, the same mistake occurred in the order dated 04.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2161 of 2020. Further submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the

No.19372 of 2020(2) dt.15-09-2021 2/2 correct address of the above petitioners, as given at paragraph no.3 of the modification application, is as follows : i) Ramashankar Dwivedi Son of Bhardwaj Duwedi, Resident of Village-Pundaul Goh, Golapar, P.S. Goh, District-Aurangabad, ii) Bhardwaj Dwivedi son of Late Rajeshwar Duwedi, Resident of Village-Pundaul Goh, Golapar, P.S. Goh, District-Aurangabad and iii) Praveen Kumar Dubey @ Praveen Kumar Duwedi son of Ram Uday Dubey, Resident of Village- Dema, P.S. Khijarsarai, District-Gaya. In view of the above submission, in the cause title of the order dated 04.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2161 of 2020, let the name and address of the petitioners be read as referred above and also let the time to surrender of the above named petitioners pending in the Court of C.J.M., Aurangabad be further extended by four weeks from today in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 18 of 2019.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
