JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 06-01-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No. 723 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegation where the wife of the petitioner has allegedly committed suicide, after the fight between the husband and wife, no case for anticipatory bail is made out, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application is dismissed.
