JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-03-2016 Petitioners being parents of the husband of the daughter of the complainant are apprehending their arrest in a complaint case wherein processes were directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The basic accusation is of torture and performing second marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is omnibus and general and the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the daughter of the complainant who has been granted provisional bail on the ground that he is ready to keep the daughter of the complainant with dignity and honour and has not performed second marriage.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12775 of 2016 (2) dt.17-03-2016 2/2 petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 1852 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
