In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 273 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The case is related to commission of crime by hanging. The petitioner no.1 is the Nandoi whereas petitioner no.2 is the Nanad of the deceased.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not of the same village and they have got no concern with the family of the deceased and her husband.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12733 of 2020(3) dt.02-03-2021 2/2 This Court has called for the Case Diary and paragraph nos. 10 & 11 whereof shows that the deceased lady, for certain reason, has committed suicide.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 273 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as also subject to condition that whenever the police will call the petitioners for investigation/interrogation, they will remain present and if they would not present themselves, the privilege of grant of anticipatory bail shall be deemed to have been canceled.
