2. This is the third attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25(1-b)A, 25(1-B)a, 25(1-AA), 35 of the Arms Act.
3. One accused, namely, Bhola Rajbhar was caught running the illicit gun factory and huge recovery was made from his house. The petitioner is the son of Bhola Rajbhar and he is said to be involved in the same business.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2023.
5. Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Kaimur at Bhabhua/concerned Court below in connection with S.Tr. No. 349 of 2023 arising out of Chainpur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2023.
7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
