JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 01-07-2015 This application has been filed for modification in the order dated 26.3.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.40551 of 2014. It is submitted that in the order dated 26.3.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.40551 of 2014, it was observed that the F.I.R. was received in the court on 11.4.2014, but from perusal of the certified copy of the order of the lower court (Annexure-3, it would appear that the FIR was received in the court on 21.4.2014. Let the same be corrected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below and pray for grant of regular bail.

The court below shall consider the prayer of the petitioner on its own merits without being prejudiced by this order. This application is disposed of with the direction aforesaid.
