The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the statement of the victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C. wherein she has stated that she had voluntarily married with the petitioner and she is a mother of the child from this petitioner, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Dumariyaghat P.S.
