The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.12.2018 passed in Cr. W.J.C. No. 2826 of 2018 to the effect that in second paragraph of the order dated 20.12.2018 passed in Cr. W.J.C. No. 2826 of 2018, Registration No. be read as 'BRO5Z-6856' in place of 'BRO5V6856' and Chassis No. be read as 'MBLJARO37J9CO5766' in place of 'MBLJARO3779CO5766' in connection with Chhauradano (Mahuawa) P.S. Case No. 224 of 2018 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the IPC and 30(a) of the Bihar

Considering the submissions made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner and the grounds mentioned in paragraph nos. 3, 4 and 5 of the modification application, the order dated 20.12.2018 passed in Cr. W.J.C. No. 2826 of 2018 is modified to the effect that in second paragraph of the order dated 20.12.2018 passed in Cr. W.J.C. No. 2826 of 2018, Registration No. be read as 'BRO5Z-6856' in place of 'BRO5V6856' and Chassis No. be read as 'MBLJARO37J9CO5766' in place of 'MBLJARO3779CO5766'. The rest of the conditions stipulated in the order will be same.
