Petitioner, already in custody since 24.11.2017, seeks bail in Barhat PS Case No. 112 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1-b)A and 26 of the Arms Act.

There is recovery of one country made pistol along with three live cartridges.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated, he is in custody since 24.11.2017 and has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Arbind Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Jamui in connection with Barhat PS Case No. 112 of 2017.
