The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Allegation is recovery of 900 ml. illicit foreign liquor from the Thela of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Since, there is allegation of recovery of illicit liquor from the Thela of petitioner, anticipatory bail petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
