2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 670 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals committed dacoity in the town of Patna.

4. The petitioner was apprehended and one country made pistol was recovered from the petitioner and the involvement of the petitioner has come during investigation in the alleged crime.

5. The petitioner was also identified in the T.I. Parade and he is in jail since 28.09.2023.

6. Considering the fact that petitioner is identified

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18056 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 in the T.I. Parade, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

8. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
