2. Without going into the merits or demerits of the case and having regard to the fact that the petitioner has only challenged the show cause notice, this Court is not inclined to entertain the same. The petitioner is directed to file his explanation/reply to the show cause notice (Annexure- P/1) within a period of four weeks from today. On such receipt of the same, the authorities shall consider the same and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law. The authority while passing the order shall take into consideration the explanation submitted by the petitioner along with any relevant documents
