Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 10,11,13,18(B),20 UPA Act and 25(1-b), 26 of the Arms Act.

A country made loaded pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 15.10.2017. Petitioner is accused in a murder case. Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of one year of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Industrial Area
