2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No.420 of 2022, arising out of Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 586 of 2021 lodged under Sections 363 and 364 of the I.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 21.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.72148 of 2021 due to the wrong submission of the fact by the State before the Court. The materials are available in the case diary by which it could be identified.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that progress report has been called for. Upon perusal of the progress report, it transpires that 5 charge-sheet witnesses have been examined and

5. In this view of the matter, this Court hereby rejects the bail application of the petitioner, granting liberty to the petitioner that if trial shall not be concluded within 2 months from today then in that case, the trial court is directed to release the petitioner on bail imposing its own conditions so that she may not evade her appearance during rest period of trial.
