2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 448, 380, 34 registered in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 01 of 2013.

3. At the very outset, this Court, however, takes note that the present anticipatory bail petition has been filed in the year 2019 in respect of the FIR which has been instituted as far back as in the year 2013. The petitioner has not offered any satisfactory explanation for the delay and there is no immediate apprehension of her arrest. As such, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.

4. Considering the submission of the petitioner that similarly situated co-accused namely, Margina Khatoon and Nazbana Khatoon @ Nazbana have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.10.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30275 of 2013 and the petitioner is also lady, if she surrenders and seeks regular bail before the learned trial Court, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14047 of 2019(2) dt.07-03-2019 2/2 same shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law on the same day and without being prejudiced by any observation in the present order.
