JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 25-11-2016 In view of the averments made in the counter-affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 to 6 particularly paragraph-8 of that counter-affidavit, after some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, in presence of the learned AC to GA-V appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 to 6, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the District Collector, Katihar for grant of appropriate relief to the petitioner, if any land of the landholder has been declared surplus and has been acquired by the State Government under the provisions of The Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Act, 1961.

Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
