The petitioner is in custody in connection with Supaul (Laukaha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 204 of 2019, Sessions Trial No. 07 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 302, 201/34 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no one has seen the actual occurrence. The petitioner is suspected in the commission of the crime. The brother-in-law and sister of the petitioner, who are accused in this case, have been granted bail. In this case case diary was called which has been received. After going through case diary and the materials available on the record, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer is rejected.

In the event the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period of one year and if there is no any laches on the part of the petitioner in conclusion of the trial, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after one year.
