This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 03.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61642 of 2021, whereby the petitioner has been granted provisional anticipatory bail with certain conditions.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that his client apprehends threat to his life at his Sasural and therefore, he is unable to comply with the order dated 03.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61642 of 2021. The Station House Officer, Kharik Bazar Police

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14334 of 2022(2) dt.23-03-2022 2/2 Station, District- Munger is directed to provide security when the petitioner goes to his Sasural to bring back his wife. The period as mentioned in the order dated 03.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61642 of 2021 for filing joint affidavit in the Court below and on filing of the same granting provisional bail to the petitioner by the Court below for a period of three months and after completion of three months for appearing both the sides in the Court below for taking decision either to confirm the provisional bail of the petitioner or to cancel the same is extended by six months from today. The order dated 03.02.2022 passed in Cr. Miscellaneous No.61642 of 2021 is modified to the aforesaid extent.

This application is allowed with the modification as above.
