2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent authorities to implement the order dated 30.05.2022 passed by Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Benipur, Darbhanga in Land Dispute Case No.31 of 2021-22.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection about maintainability of the writ petition and submits that Deputy Collector Land Reforms is the competent authority under the Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act, 2009 (Bihar Act 4 of 2010). The power of execution of the order is vested to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3859 of 2023(2) dt.01-08-2023 2/2 competent authority under Section 15 of the Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act, 2009 (Bihar Act 4 of 2010) and, therefore, remedy lies to the petitioner under Section 15 of the Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act, 2009 (Bihar Act 4 of 2010) itself.

4. In this view of the matter, the present writ petition stands disposed off directing the petitioner to avail his remedy under Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act, 2009 (Bihar Act 4 of 2010) itself.
