The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the I.P.C.

Though the petitioner allegedly assaulted with sword, however, the doctor has found grievous injury by hard and blunt substance at the parietal region of the informant as per the impugned order. Petitioner is in custody since 13.01.2021. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the nature of allegation and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after framing of the charges so that the trial may not

Case No. 38 of 2020, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
