Mr. Kamlesh Kishore, AC to SC 12 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 10-07-2019 The claim of the petitioner for promotion as Tracer

Patna High Court CWJC No.7693 of 2015(4) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 from Blue Printer has been raised in the instant proceeding. The respondents in the counter affidavit have taken stand that they have already taken action to redress grievance of the petitioner but since dispute regarding applicability of reservation in the matter of promotion was pending adjudication the benefits could not have been given to the petitioner earlier. It is specific stand that once the issue is decided the meeting of the Departmental Promotion Committee, which was postponed by letter dated 12.8.2014 (Annexure D), would be convened so as to consider grant of due benefits to the petitioner. In view of such stand taken in the counter affidavit, no further orders are required to be passed in the instant writ petition.

The writ petition is disposed of. The respondent authorities should take action as per their stand in the counter affidavit expeditiously and without undue delay. (Madhuresh Prasad, J) SNkumar/- U
