This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 379 and 109/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of injury with Farsa at the head of the informant. The doctor has found sharp cutting wound at the scalp of the informant besides other injuries allegedly caused by some other persond. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no allegation of repetition of blow. The petitioner is in custody since 01.01.2018. The investigation of the case is already complete.

No.23216 of 2018 (2) dt.20-04-2018 2/2 Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of four months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 366 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
