The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Purshottampur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2021 registered under Sections 304(b) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased. Further he submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with alleged dispute. He is a man of clean antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
