JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 12-02-2015 This appeal is preferred by Ramesh Kurmi, who figured as accused No. 3 in Sessions Trial No. 119 of 1987 on the file of learned IInd Additional Sessions Judge, Bettiah. Through its judgment dated 09.10.1991 the trial Court convicted the accused along with other three accused for committing the murder of one Raj Kumar Mahto on 30.08.1984.

When the matter was listed for hearing on 07.08.2014 this Court called for a report from the Juvenile Justice Board,

Patna High Court CR. APP (DB) No.449 of 1991 dt.12-02-2015 West Champaran at Bettiah for determination of the age of the appellant and other three accused. After verification of the matter, the Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, West Champaran, Bettiah has submitted his report dated 30th January, 2015 to the effect that Ramesh Kurmi, the appellant herein died on 27.11.2008.
