2. The petitioners are in custody since 19.03.2017 in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 06 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and except suspicion, there is no material to connect the petitioners with the alleged occurrence.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged as well as criminal antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to them. The bail petition stands dismissed.
