JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 3 02-07-2015 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is directed against the order dated 14.05.1998 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Complaint Case No. 461(C) of 1998.
The impugned order was passed by the court below as back as in 1998. In view of the delay of 17 years in challenging the order passed by the learned Magistrate before this Court, I am not inclined to entertain this application.
