JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S.Case No. 344 of 2017 registered under Section 379 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that motorcycle of the informant was stolen by some unknown miscreants.

Submission is that merely on the basis of confessional statement of the petitioner he was made accused in this case It is said that informant had seen two persons taking away his motorcycle and they were captured in CCTV footage but neither he was put on TIP nor motorcycle was recovered from his possession.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Suraj Kumar is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9630 of 2018 (2) dt.17-02-2018 2/2 bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Hajipur at Vaishali in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 344 of 2017.
