2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Daudpur P.S.Case No.01 of 2017 registered for an offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the IPC.

3. The informant has alleged that on 03.01.2017 when he was constructing wall over his land, this petitioner and two others armed with deadly weapon came, abused and assaulted the informant. This petitioner assaulted on his head by farsa.

4. It is submitted that both the parties are resident of same place and a land dispute is going on between the parties. There is also a counter case from the side of the petitioner. The injury report on record shows that the informant sustained simple injury. The petitioner has clean antecedent.

5. Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-II, Saran at Chapra in connection with Daudpur P.S.Case No.01 of 2017.
