2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be given to the petitioner to file fresh application before the Circle Officer, Samastipur (respondent no.4) pursuant to order dated 31.5.2008, passed by the Collector, Samastipur (respondent no.3) and notice dated 3.7.2019 issued by respondent no.4.

3. Let the petitioner file such application before respondent no.4 within a period of six weeks from today.

4. In the event, such application is filed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5249 of 2020(2) dt.30-10-2023 2/2 petitioner within the said stipulated period, respondent no. 4 shall pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the application.

5. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
