JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 384,306,511 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner appears to be right in his submission that the main allegation is against one Sahan Akhtar who has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 07.11.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.15816 of 2014.

In view of the submissions as above, let petitioner above named in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail
